What: Global virtual summit

The Climate Governance Initiative is excited to announce Ambition to Action, the 2022 Global Summit, a 24-hour global virtual summit that will welcome non-executive directors (NEDs) from around the world to discuss effective climate governance and hear about best practice actions already underway in boardrooms, in alignment with the World Economic Forum’s Principles for Effective Climate Governance.
The event programme will feature regionally focussed sessions developed by CGI Chapters, inspiring speakers, and opportunities for discussion and networking with other board members in your region and across the world.
Advanced registration will be open to Chapter members at the end of August, while general registration will open in September. Meanwhile, you can read the summary of last year’s event to get a sense of what the 2022 Global Summit will have in store.
