The Climate Governance Initiative empowers board directors on every continent to take climate action by enhancing their knowledge and skills in climate governance. Our rapidly-growing network of Chapters in over 70 countries worldwide reaches more than 100,000 board directors.
Based in Cambridge (UK), the Climate Governance Initiative forms part of the Chapter Zero Alliance, a UK-based charity dedicated to promoting sustainable corporate governance.

As our Manager, Global Sub-Grant Programme, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of Chapter Zero Alliance’s sub-granting operations and partner relationships across our global network of Chapters.
The role ensures effective fund disbursement, compliance with due diligence and contractual requirements, and strong partner relationships that support the charity’s mission to embed climate governance into boardroom decision-making.
